📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for customers of a world-renowned consumer brand • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German, providing top-tier service • Solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and efficiency • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly • Become a product expert through our 10-day paid training program

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German (C2 level) – written and spoken • Solid English (B2 level) to navigate training and internal tools • Strong communication & active listening skills • Team spirit and a customer-first mindset • EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
