📋 Description

• Lead the squad responsible for technology solutions focused on the capital markets, ensuring strategic vision, operational efficiency, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous evolution of deliveries, with strong alignment to business needs and Cedro's objectives. • Manage the backlog, keeping it up to date, prioritized and aligned with the team's capacity and the strategy defined with the PM. • Guide, promote and oversee development solutions and features, ensuring technical quality and business alignment. • Facilitate all agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review and retrospective), monitor sprints and ensure a structured workflow. • Plan the sizing of requests (enhancements, bugs, projects), evaluating technical feasibility, timelines and productive capacity. • Manage team outcomes and metrics, acting to ensure performance, quality and continuous development. • Also responsible for managing software development projects, integrating commercial, client and technical areas to ensure alignment and on-time deliveries. • Manage the team's productive capacity, monitor well-being and performance, request replacements when necessary and work on individual and collective development through feedback, training and guidance aligned with company expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in the business and the capital markets (investments). • Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity. • Availability for scheduled travel to Angola (stays of 3 to 4 weeks). • Proven experience in brokerages, asset managers, or investment fintechs. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the investment market. • Established experience leading technical teams or squads. • Strong knowledge of products, operations, rules and routines of the financial market. • Authoritative profile: ability to solve complex problems or to lead the team toward a solution. • Ability to act as a technical and strategic reference for the team. • Experience with teams using AI-assisted tools or a strong practical interest in AI (enthusiast, continuously learning). • Experience communicating with stakeholders and making business-oriented decisions.
