📋 Description

• Manage the full order-handling process including import, shipment coordination, documentation, and deliveries • Key in orders into our ERP system and update accordingly • Communicating daily with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners • Tracking shipments and ensuring timelines are met • Supporting invoice handling and administrative tasks • Proactively solving issues and keeping stakeholders updated

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in logistics • Experience working in international trading and domestic sales • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Customer-focused, with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines • Curious and eager to learn new things • Comfortable working virtually from home utilizing Teams and other technology • Proficient in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams • Additional assets: CITT or education in supply chain • Experience working with chemical commodity products • Familiar with Hazmat, GHS, EPA, FDA is a plus
