📋 Description

• Lead location-based operations staff. • Oversee multiple projects and make high-level decisions on budgeting and hiring. • Review daily production reports and End of Day Reporting. • Approve and submit SPM timekeeping records and approve SPM time-off requests. • Decide on implementation of Lean management. • Negotiate and approve project budgets. • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for SPM-level positions. • Address major project issues at all levels. • Ensure team members complete daily work satisfactorily. • Assist with RFP generation and project setup with the Engagement Director and SPMs. • Manage delivery for the assigned region, including cross-leveraging talent between regional hubs. • Share ideas and innovation with other regional Delivery teams. • Ensure project requirements are met and drive timely solutions. • Perform additional duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• College/University degree. • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Extensive experience in online communication. • Basic knowledge of Power BI and internet-based platforms. • Willingness to work overtime if necessary. • Remote, office, or hybrid work environment depending on the specific position. • Leadership qualities, including the ability to give and take feedback, recognize when to delegate, and demonstrate confidence. • Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset. • Organized and focused enough to work independently while running a team. • Extensive management experience required.
