Central Kids is a non-profit early childhood education association operating kindergartens across New Zealand’s central North Island. 📋 Description

• Support tamariki and whānau to achieve their full potential • Provide administration support at Central Kids Hinemoa • Work alongside and advocate for tamariki • Uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnerships and support Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga • Contribute to a culture of strong health, safety, aroha, mana, tiaki, and manaaki • Work collaboratively with the team and independently as required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong administrative skills and confidence with technology • Analytical mindset and great attention to detail • Logical reasoning to support problem solving • Strong communication skills • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently • Proven time management and organisational skills • A 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn and grow • Understanding of tiriti based partnerships with tamariki and whānau • Commitment to Te Ao Māori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga • Intermediate computer literacy • 2+ years administration experience, or similar transferable skills • Entitled to work in Aotearoa, New Zealand
