• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global benefits programs • Develop and evolve global benefits strategy • Administer and ensure compliance of benefit plans • Oversee enrollment processes and redesign workflows • Build and maintain robust benefits cost-tracking models • Design and maintain benefits education suite
• Proven experience managing US benefits programs, including renewals and open enrolment • Strong background in benefits design, vendor management, and market benchmarking • Deep knowledge of self-funded and level-funded healthcare plans • Experience managing 401(k) plans, including compliance testing and vendor selection • Experience managing international benefits programs across regions such as EMEA, LATAM, or APAC • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
