📋 Description

• Resolve customer issues related to purchases, orders, shipping, setup, connectivity and warranties • Provide attentive responses with step-by-step guidance and solutions • Deliver customer service through chat, email and phone • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems and provide information • Anticipate and address potential issues before they affect customers • Collaborate with other teams to identify recurring problems and support continuous improvement • Maintain current knowledge of clients’ products and services • Create and update knowledge base articles for internal and customer reference • Demonstrate empathy and active listening during customer interactions • Communicate complex concepts clearly • Follow established quality standards • Participate in regular training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in customer service, focused on live interactions through chat, email and/or phone channels • Experience supporting and troubleshooting technical queries • Growth and curious mindset, with ability to adapt to changing policies and guidelines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in troubleshooting orders, shipping, connectivity and operational issues • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to C2 level • Experience supporting US and/or UK customers is an advantage • Passion for excellent customer service and commitment to exceeding customer expectations • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally • Rotational availability between 8am and 8pm, including weekends
