• Leadership skills and strategic vision • Client relationship management • Team management and KPI monitoring • Develop preventive and contentious strategies and implement actions to improve resolution rates • Manage consumer law cases with technical autonomy • Analyze risks and define legal strategies in collaboration with leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 4 years of experience handling consumer law matters • Fluent English • Law degree (completed) • Strong knowledge of Consumer Law – experience dealing with PROCONs (consumer protection agencies) • Experience with judicial and extrajudicial proceedings • Proficient in Microsoft Office
