📋 Description

• Serve as a DPO as a Service and support DPOs at client companies • Respond to complex inquiries from privacy teams • Lead responses to security incidents involving personal data • Analyze incidents, provide legal containment measures, and assess risks, including notifications to the ANPD and data subjects • Draft legal opinions on data protection, legal bases, international data transfers, sensitive data, and emerging technologies • Conduct comparative analyses of the GDPR and Latin American data protection laws • Support legal and privacy departments at companies with LATAM and international operations • Work on artificial intelligence governance, including risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and program development • Draft and review policies, DPAs, contractual clauses, and privacy documents • Support risk assessments, internal investigations, and integrity programs • Help integrate Privacy and Compliance practices • Gradually develop Compliance expertise with support from the team

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Proven and predominantly focused experience in Data Protection, including practical work on complex matters • Knowledge of the GDPR and familiarity with the international privacy regulatory landscape • Strong foundation in or advanced knowledge of Compliance • Managerial profile, with the ability to lead clients and projects independently and with ambition • English proficiency for work in international contexts • Privacy certifications, a postgraduate degree in Data Protection or Digital Law, and experience with AI governance are a plus • Spanish is a plus
