• Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities in assigned market segments to strengthen the sales pipeline and achieve revenue growth • Develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms and successfully close contracts in line with company policies and profitability targets • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful execution of sales strategies • Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure a continuously populated and actively managed sales pipeline • Achieve relevant KPIs, particularly revenue targets, new customer acquisition and customer satisfaction (NPS) • Conduct market analyses and competitive monitoring to support strategic sales planning • Contribute improvement suggestions for inside-sales processes and the customer experience to ensure long-term success
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales / as an Account Manager with a focus on growth (hunting) • Experience in senior stakeholder management • Proven experience in developing commercial strategies and business cases • Solid background in solution selling • Experience with FMCG, retail or supply chain is an advantage • Excellent negotiation skills within consultative selling / understanding of the buyer’s journey • Commercial mindset with a results- and competition-oriented approach • Resilience and the ability to build trust quickly with counterparts • Strong interpersonal skills
