📋 Description
• Present category management data and insights to customers • Assist in developing customer pricing protocols • Develop new business proposals and pricing recommendations • Support product pricing strategies • Lead cross-functional teams supporting key strategic accounts • Develop monthly volume and sales forecasts • Respond to product information requests and prepare sales presentations • Set up new customers and products in internal systems • Manage key Austrian customer accounts, including negotiations, customer service, forecasts, claims, quality controls, and tailored marketing activities • Manage regional accounts in Southern Germany and lead quarterly 360-degree meetings with Purchasing and Sales teams • Present and implement promotional plans and display placements • Oversee store management activities across Austria and Southern Germany, including store checks, MBU management, and Field Force coordination • Develop the 'Yellow Business' at the Vienna wholesale market • Drive new customer acquisition in Austria and Southern Germany • Represent Chiquita at trade fairs and industry events • Prepare regular sales, customer, and activity reports for management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Fluent in both English and German • 3–6 years of experience in the fresh produce industry • Experience within the banana category and/or broader produce sector highly preferred • Category management experience preferred • Candidates must reside in the Salzburg area
