âą Own the customer experience, assisting clients to design and implement a coffee program âą Manage a portfolio of legacy clients, allocating company resources appropriately âą Source, convert, and onboard new clients to meet business targets âą Develop ownership of relationships with key hospitality professionals âą Assist account management team with day-to-day needs pertaining to the book of business âą Work directly with the market sales manager to create a target list of accounts âą Respond to incoming leads, with a 2-hour turnaround during business hours âą Maintain CRM to communicate, track, and onboard new deals âą Provide consultation on all aspects of the coffee business, coffee equipment, product choice, layout design âą Deliver the highest degree of customer service at every stage in the customer experience
âą Passionate about coffee âą 3 - 5 years' experience in Hospitality, Business to Business Sales, or the coffee industry âą Proven record of accomplishment in your professional career âą Positive and professional communication skills, both verbal and written âą Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts âą Must be a self-starter, a quick learner, and able to take constructive feedback âą Ability to efficiently manage various high-priority responsibilities âą Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends âą Ability to travel locally (50 miles) and regionally (100+ miles) âą Valid driver's license and vehicle âą Ability to frequently work out of local La Colombe facility, visit existing and potential new customers in person
