📋 Description

• Follow a full recruitment cycle to ensure Christie Lites hires and retains talent. • Determine position requirements with hiring managers through intake meetings and identification of duties, competencies, education, and certifications. • Post jobs on recruitment sites and recruit externally for specialized positions. • Review resumes, screen applicants, shortlist qualified candidates, and select candidates for pre-screening interviews. • Conduct preliminary pre-screening interviews, develop questions, evaluate candidate alignment, identify key indicators, and administer assessments. • Present shortlisted candidates, interview notes, and resumes to hiring managers. • Coordinate hiring manager and candidate interview schedules. • Verify employment references and provide feedback to hiring managers. • Coordinate candidate selection and determine responsibility for presenting verbal offers. • Advise the Human Resources Manager of new-hire acceptance. • Send onboarding next-step documentation and notify unsuccessful applicants.
