📋 Description

• Model Development: Design, build, and train machine learning and artificial intelligence models to automate the existing SLDC, clearly specifying the model and data structures used by the artifacts produced and used throughout the entire lifecycle. • Technical Development: Implement and test solutions that meet the business needs represented by the features. • Infrastructure Implementation: Create and maintain the infrastructure required to support AI applications, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of models in production, making adjustments and improvements as needed to optimize results. • Documentation: Produce detailed technical documentation on models, processes, and infrastructure, ensuring that solutions are understandable and reusable. • Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning, proposing innovations and improvements to existing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Problem Solving: Analytical ability and a track record of solving complex problems, with a results-oriented focus. • Communication: Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly to non-technical audiences. • Continuous Improvement: Ability to evaluate current processes and critique them to drive evolution and greater efficiency. • Experience with AWS cloud or other cloud providers. • Experience with AI methodologies such as SDD, SpecKit, AI-DLC, and SuperPowers.
