📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team developing mobile applications. • Ensure delivery of requests, acting as the bridge between business, product, technical areas, and the development team. • Ensure performance indicators are measured and monitored with an AI-agent-driven development focus. • Lead the SuperApp redesign team using AI-agent-driven development. Focus on people management, demand roadmap, risks and outstanding issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams; • Facilitation of agile ceremonies; • AI-agent development: Essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and agent development to optimize processes within the development workflow; • Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD); • Knowledge of Claude Code, Skills and MCPs; • Participation in solution-definition meetings between business and engineering; • Monitoring of technical and business metrics and indicators; • Ensure the development flow is accelerated by agent-driven development, mapping bottlenecks at each stage and leading action plans to reduce lead times; • Management of dependencies, conflicts and stakeholder expectations; • Ensure implementation of requests and production rollouts within the client's process; • Knowledge: • Agile methodology; • Demand management tools (Jira); • Experience in Mobile development (Android, iOS) or backend systems is a plus.
