📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders from operations, compliance, technology, and other product teams to gather and validate business requirements • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and workflow diagrams • Collaborate with engineering to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented • Identify operational pain points and propose product and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance • Use Claude to accelerate analysis, documentation, and discovery while critically validating its output • Contribute to enterprise initiatives, including digital transformation and automation • Facilitate discovery sessions, user interviews, and cross-departmental workshops • Document product updates and release notes • Create user-facing training materials • Maintain clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or product and technology roles • Proven track record gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows, and user stories • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work comfortably with large data sets • Experience in functional testing, defect tracking, and cross-team validation • Practical experience using Claude or comparable AI assistants in day-to-day work • Sound judgment when applying AI assistants • Experience within the mortgage industry (nice to have) • Working knowledge of mortgage regulations and investor guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA, plus associated compliance requirements (nice to have) • Hands-on experience with core mortgage platforms and enterprise systems (nice to have)
