📋 Description

• Work closely with development and support teams to maintain and improve the Microsoft Azure environment • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Automate infrastructure, operational tasks, and application deployments • Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Implement and maintain GitOps practices using ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize • Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services and identify performance and reliability improvements • Support security and compliance initiatives across the cloud environment • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and production issues • Contribute to continuous improvement of existing tools, processes, and DevOps practices • Collaborate with technical teams and international stakeholders in English

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar senior-level role • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes/AKS • Solid experience with CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation • Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex technical issues • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Advanced to fluent English, with confidence communicating directly with clients in the United States and Canada • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement • Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Flexible Server, Azure Virtual Network (VNet), and Azure Resource Groups • Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines, Bitbucket Environments & Deployments, and bitbucket-pipelines.yml • Experience with Jenkins, Jenkins Job DSL, Jenkinsfile, and Kubernetes operational jobs • Experience with ArgoCD, ApplicationSets, Helm, and Kustomize • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker • Experience with Terraform • Experience with PostgreSQL and PGAdmin • Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Alertmanager • Experience with Codacy, SonarQube, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud • Experience with Bash and Python • Experience with Git and Bitbucket • Nice to have: experience working in international, distributed teams • Nice to have: experience in environments with established DevOps practices and a focus on continuous improvement • Nice to have: experience working with highly available and production-critical systems
