📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic architect behind a high-visibility partnership in the automotive technology sector • Bridge global business strategy and complex technical execution • Focus on DMS (Dealer Management System) integrations and API ecosystems • Own products or features rather than only managing a backlog • Lead complex and technical discoveries end-to-end • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility • Ensure optimal feature implementation through close technical alignment • Analyze complex datasets to validate hypotheses • Prioritize demands and support strategic product moves based on data insights • Bridge technical teams and global business stakeholders • Interact with clients and deliver presentations at all levels • Collaborate daily with international teams and clients • Travel internationally for project kickoffs and workshops, including in the USA

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, ideally within high-growth tech environments or platforms • Demonstrated track record of owning a product or feature rather than just managing a backlog • Strong background in platform products, especially back-end logic and API-driven integrations • Experience with DMS or other complex system integrations is a plus • Self-driven profile comfortable owning complex and technical discoveries end-to-end • Ability to understand unfamiliar domains and fill knowledge gaps autonomously • Deep experience collaborating with engineering teams to navigate technical feasibility • Ability to ensure optimal feature implementation through close technical alignment • Skilled at analyzing complex datasets to validate hypotheses • Ability to prioritize demands and support strategic product moves based on data insights • Exceptional communication skills bridging technical teams and global business stakeholders • Comfortable with client interactions and presentations at all levels • Solid knowledge of modern product management tools and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) • Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory • Availability for international travel, including project kickoffs and workshops in the USA • Knowledge and/or experience in the automotive industry is nice to have • Familiarity with the dealership management industry is nice to have • Experience with OEM integrations is nice to have
