• Accelerate the implementation of Agentic SDLC within our operations • Demonstrate efficiency gains • Accelerate our differentiation with clients • Map current processes • Identify bottlenecks and develop acceleration plans to improve key metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of Agentic SDLC or willingness to learn it rapidly, actively participating in mapping current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and creating acceleration plans to improve metrics through Agentic SDLC implementation • Negotiation and ability to align and coordinate teams in response to identified challenges and opportunities • Develop client relationships and establish partnerships to create business opportunities • Software engineering and metrics management; operational and managerial PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) • Creativity and innovation to identify agentic AI solutions for existing operational pain points
