📋 Description

• Build and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Core Clouds, Data Cloud, and Agentforce • Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types • Build automation with Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft • Participate in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Gearset • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards • Enhance Sales Cloud functionality, including lead/opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows • Support Service Cloud features, including Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing • Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences • Work within Agile delivery squads and support client engagements • Help shape business outcomes through CRM and platform automation

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL • Experience with automation tools and API integrations • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and security standards • Advanced English communication skills • Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce is nice to have • Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements is nice to have
