📋 Description

• Develop, test, and implement software solutions in Python and Java • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and products • Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications • Identify and fix bugs and performance issues • Participate actively in code reviews and ensure code quality • Document processes and results, contributing to team knowledge maintenance • Contribute as a Senior/Master developer to technology modernization and AI-assisted software delivery for a global financial services institution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Python development (minimum of 3 years), including frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI • Proven experience in Java development (minimum of 1 year), including microservices, containerization, APIs, Swagger, and IAM integrations (OAuth, OpenID, SAML) • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB) • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) • Ability to write automated tests and experience with TDD/BDD • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Ability to solve complex problems and work independently • Good communication and collaboration skills • Advanced English • Preferred: knowledge of AI/Machine Learning with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain • Preferred: experience in DevOps and CI/CD • Preferred: knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript or Go • Preferred: experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
