📋 Description

• Support quality assurance processes for development teams using generative AI tools • Generate test cases and automated tests across all layers of the testing pyramid • Lead QA activities in a fast-paced Agile environment • Establish quality processes • Coach developers to deliver quality autonomously • Automate testing for back-end and front-end systems • Guide system project decision-making as a central reference and information source • Help deliver high-quality solutions for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with generative AI tools supporting quality assurance processes, including test case generation and automated test generation across all layers of the testing pyramid • Proven leadership experience within QA in a fast-paced Agile environment • Experience establishing quality processes and coaching developers to deliver quality autonomously • Extensive experience with automation testing tools for both back end and front end • Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation tasks • Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Friendly, professional, self-motivated, and driven to learn • Adaptability in dynamic environments • Proactive approach to addressing challenges • Detail-oriented approach • Empathy and integrity • Solution-oriented problem-solving mindset • Collaborative approach • Ability to act as a central reference and information source for system project decision-making
