📋 Description

• Support development squads in implementing the SAFe framework for a sensor technology firm optimizing retail and supply chain operations • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective • Remove team impediments and assist in identifying and implementing solutions • Collaborate with client Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog • Foster continuous improvement within the team • Monitor team progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting • Train and mentor teams in agile practices and Scrum methodologies • Act as liaison between the team and client stakeholders • Contribute to a healthy and productive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency • Experience as a Scrum Master and ability to operate independently from day one without intensive coaching • Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex, multi-workstream environments • Experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans with high visibility to stakeholders • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure alignment • Ability to build rapport with clients and navigate conversations with business and technical audiences • Experience working in international contracts and high-performance agile teams • Regular use of AI tools and enthusiasm for incorporating AI into workflows • Proficiency in Spanish language (nice to have)
