📋 Description

• Ciberspring is a next-generation, tech-first precision engagement agency delivering solutions across Digital, Health, and Talent divisions. • Drive partner-led opportunity generation by collaborating with Salesforce RVPs, Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and Account Executives (AEs), focusing on healthcare and life sciences. • Develop trusted relationships with Salesforce regional and industry channel leaders and identify life sciences accounts for co-sell opportunities. • Qualify, nurture, and advance opportunities to Sales Engineers or Customer Success teams; lead enablement and incentives for joint partner campaigns, webinars, and events. • Track and report on pipeline, opportunity conversion, and channel-originated revenue; provide field feedback to refine vertical messaging and value propositions. • Success metrics include revenue generated from channel referrals, monthly qualified leads, joint presentations with Salesforce, and quarterly marketing campaigns aligned with Salesforce strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in channel account management, with Salesforce ecosystem experience or experience within Salesforce Life Sciences business unit with pharmaceutical expertise. • Deep domain knowledge in healthcare and life sciences. • Proven track record in building and executing joint go-to-market strategies. • Experience collaborating with sales, technical, and partner teams. • Strong communication, program management, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
