📋 Description

• Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers • Provide market data and recommendations to shape position specifications • Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies • Collaborate with internal stakeholders • Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver strong talent slates • Build robust pipelines for future hiring needs • Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market insights and compensation guidelines • Mentor Recruiters and team members • Provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders • Act as a client brand ambassador and provide proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience) • Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings with demonstrated successes • Workday experience • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools • Recruitment experience in R&D Pharmaceutical environment • Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the USA
