📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements • Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards • Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner • Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking • Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies • Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach • Conducting and presenting thorough market research • Pre-screening candidates to assess their qualifications • Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups • Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates • Ensuring accurate records of candidate interactions using ATS • Staying updated with industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting is required • Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry is required • Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong research and market analysis skills • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations • Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently • Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
