📋 Description

• Assist with the recruitment and interview process, including scheduling interviews and updating candidate statuses in applicant tracking systems • Review and screen candidate applications based on position requirements • Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including updating progress and escalating concerns • Ensure timely review of applicants and coordination with recruiters or hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in a business or office environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, customer service and organizational skills
