• 2 to 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in pharma industry • Proficiency in English • High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field is preferred • 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration is required • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required • Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, such as basic Boolean search • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Effective time management and organizational skills
