📋 Description
• Oversee, coach, and train the field RCA team (field sales representatives); • Ensure achievement of sales indicators (KPIs); • Provide support to retail outlets (points of sale); • Drive strategic in-store activities, business planning and performance monitoring.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in sales; experience in manufacturing/industrial companies is a plus; • Experience managing teams; • Experience in Trade Marketing; • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; • Valid driver's license and availability to travel; • Familiarity with JBP (Joint Business Plan) is a plus;
