⢠Oversee, coach, and train the field RCA team (field sales representatives); ⢠Ensure achievement of sales indicators (KPIs); ⢠Provide support to retail outlets (points of sale); ⢠Drive strategic in-store activities, business planning and performance monitoring.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in sales; experience in manufacturing/industrial companies is a plus; ⢠Experience managing teams; ⢠Experience in Trade Marketing; ⢠Advanced Microsoft Office skills; ⢠Valid driver's license and availability to travel; ⢠Familiarity with JBP (Joint Business Plan) is a plus;
