• 5–10+ years in sales, with experience leading AEs in a SaaS or transactional environment • Proven ability to coach reps and improve performance • Strong sales skills — you can sell, not just manage • Experience hiring and ramping successful sales talent • Data-driven and execution-focused • Positive, resilient, and comfortable holding a high bar
