• Collaborate closely with hiring managers • Manage full-cycle recruitment • Conduct and present market research • Utilize traditional and advanced sourcing techniques • Partner with hiring managers on candidate slate
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, supporting technical roles • Experience with UKG, Eightfold, Microsoft Copilot, or other Agentic AI tools • Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and HR • Excellent project management skills • Strong intellectual curiosity • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
