📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Have spent time in the trenches as an operator, ideally in early/growth stage companies, as a critical part of the hiring process. • Are the person in the room with correct knowledge/instinct, and convincing enough for the authority to act on it. • Have built things using AI to make yourself more effective. • Treat chaos as opportunity and constraints as creative framework. • Thrives in ambiguity, bringing order where it's needed. • Communicates with patience supported by logic, data and experience. • Exercises infinite curiosity, exploring and tinkering with unfamiliar concepts to develop universal professional fluency. • Are high on emotional quotient and agency.
