• Gestionar todo el ciclo de reclutamiento desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la selección de candidatos • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones efectivas con candidatos y managers de contratación, asegurando una experiencia positiva para todos los involucrados • Crear y publicar descripciones de puesto atractivas y precisas en plataformas de reclutamiento • Realizar entrevistas iniciales y coordinar el proceso de selección con los equipos internos • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de igualdad de oportunidades y prácticas inclusivas en el proceso de reclutamiento
• Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración o campo relacionado • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en reclutamiento, preferiblemente en un entorno bilingüe o internacional • Competencia avanzada en inglés y español, tanto escrito como hablado • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación • Capacidad demostrada para manejar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con plazos ajustados • Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos (HRIS) y plataformas de reclutamiento online - ATS
