• 12+ years of progressive HR experience • 5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting a technology organization • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required • Master’s preferred • Globally supportive HR experience • Strong knowledge of employment law • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
