📋 Description
• Partner with Executive leaders on HR strategies • Provide counsel on organizational design • Oversee talent acquisition strategies • Act as an advocate for employees • Partner with Total Rewards for rewards programs • Lead HR projects and ensure compliance • Inspire and coach the HR team
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience • 5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting a technology organization • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required • Master’s preferred • Globally supportive HR experience • Strong knowledge of employment law • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
