📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end onboarding of financial institutions and other network participants • Ensure documentation and eligibility requirements are met • Review onboarding materials to verify eligibility, business alignment, and risk indicators • Collaborate with compliance, legal, security, product, and customer support teams • Streamline onboarding workflows, eligibility validation, and readiness milestones • Track and escalate high-risk attributes or discrepancies with clear, concise summaries • Monitor industry trends related to onboarding risks, financial crime, and regulatory changes • Suggest process improvements • Maintain accurate and complete records of onboarding activities • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency • Help scale the Circle Payments Network

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in onboarding, compliance operations, or KYC/AML reviews in financial services or fintech • Proven experience in payments, such as card networks or remittance networks • Familiarity with onboarding and risk requirements for financial institutions, payment providers, or crypto entities • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to synthesize complex information clearly • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to escalate issues when needed • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, remote-first, cross-functional environment • Familiarity with generative AI models such as ChatGPT and Gemini and prompt development • Experience in crypto or blockchain-related onboarding or risk roles preferred • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments or digital assets preferred • CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification preferred • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite preferred
