📋 Description

• Lead and grow sales efforts for the State of California and Nevada • Drive durable revenue growth and develop sales strategies • Manage a team of sales professionals • Foster strong customer and partner relationships • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions • Engage specialist teams to enhance the sales process • Build the sales funnel and drive opportunities through to sales completion • Review business plans and forecasting data • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics • Accountable for sales growth across multiple years for particular products or regions • Coordinate joint planning sessions between partner, virtual, and field teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors + 12 years of related experience • 2+ year of Leadership experience • Tech start up experience - building a team and territory
