• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive rapid revenue growth and market share expansion across the territory • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Applications counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems' performance targets • Maintain accurate, timely opportunity and customer data in SFDC • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering sales and support services and coordinating product demos, installations, and customer training • Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories • Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience • Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent work experience) • Proven time management skills • Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to travel 50-75%; overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
