📋 Description

• Lead managers and Solutions Engineers across Latin America • Direct regional teams by aligning technical sales strategies with account planning to accelerate the sales cycle • Engage CXOs and Directors to design initiatives demonstrating Cisco technology’s value • Collaborate with Engineering, CX, Partners, and Marketing to create a client-focused experience • Mentor leaders and individual contributors to foster accountability and consistent quota achievement • Oversee technical sales activities with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and strategic execution • Align complex Cisco architectures with customers’ business goals and create actionable technical roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Strong knowledge of Service Provider architectures and operations • 10+ years of proven supervisory experience in a technical or sales environment • Specific experience managing teams and operations within Latin America • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex sales cycles lasting 1+ years • Deep expertise aligning technical architectures with specific business outcomes • Strong track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional influence
