📋 Description

• Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs with the Technology team • Identify and define necessary system enhancements using script tools and by analyzing and interpreting code • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions • Install and support customer exposure systems • Create design specifications using programming languages • Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues • Conduct testing and debugging • Advise or coach new or lower-level analysts • Identify problems, evaluate information, and recommend and implement solutions • Resolve issues using acquired technical experience and established precedents • Operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment • Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members • Assess and manage risk, ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies, and escalate and report control issues transparently

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry • Intermediate-level experience in applications development using Java • Extensive hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot • Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures • Strong experience implementing Kafka for event-driven systems • Knowledge of container technologies, specifically ECS • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL for database development and optimization • Experience working with and practicing Agile development methodologies • Clear and concise written and verbal communication • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes • Practical experience with AI tools and ability to craft optimized prompts • Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience
