📋 Description

• ABM ownership: Own end to end account based marketing execution using Demandbase, covering account selection, intent data activation, and engagement tracking across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers. • Target account planning: Build and maintain target account lists in collaboration with sales and marketing business partners, incorporating firmographic data, intent signals, and pipeline stage. • Campaign orchestration: Design and orchestrate multi channel ABM campaigns aligned to Civica’s four commercial motions, Close Now, Fill the Pipeline, Retain and Protect, and Build for the Future. • Platform ownership: Act as the primary internal owner of the Demandbase platform, including onboarding, adoption, and ongoing optimisation across regional teams. • Programmatic and display advertising: Plan and execute programmatic and display advertising campaigns in support of ABM target accounts, working with the Paid Media and Social Manager on audience targeting, creative trafficking, and budget allocation. • Marketing automation support: Support the build and execution of automated campaigns and nurture workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working alongside RevOps and data infrastructure teams. • Reporting: Provide regular reporting on ABM engagement, account penetration, and programmatic and display campaign performance to marketing and sales stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Account-Based Marketing expertise — Proven track record of executing ABM programs globally, ideally with Demandbase or similar platforms. • Marketing automation proficiency — Hands-on experience with automation tools, campaign workflows, and reporting to drive measurable outcomes. • Programmatic and display advertising — Ability to plan and execute targeted campaigns, collaborating with paid media and social teams. • Data-driven mindset — Skilled in lightweight reporting, campaign performance tracking, and translating insights into action. • Cross-market experience — Familiarity with diverse sectors such as Local Government, Health and Social Care, Education, Central Government, and Emergency Services across UK, US, and APAC. • Collaboration and stakeholder management — Strong communication skills to align with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution. • Martech stack maturity — Comfort working in evolving technology environments, contributing to process improvement and scalability.
