• 3+ years of experience as a marketer or similar roles. • Experience taking a product or company from 0 to 1. • Worked at an early-stage startup and driven growth from zero to meaningful user adoption. • Built a public profile through a podcast, YouTube channel, newsletter, Twitter/X audience, Substack, meme page, or similar. • Strong understanding of GTM without brand recognition, large budgets, or existing playbooks. • AI-native mindset with experience building agents, content pipelines, research workflows, automation systems, or outbound engines. • Ability to write, ship, and iterate quickly. • Comfortable owning growth outcomes end-to-end. • Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
