📋 Description

• Sourcing candidates, sharing JDs, and getting on calls to make them understand the role requirements. • Reach out to candidates, messaging & maintain follow-up till they apply. • Evaluate profiles based on predefined criteria (skills, experience, projects, etc.) • Maintain and update sourcing trackers regularly • Connect with clients for feedback along with internal stakeholders when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be in the final year of graduation (preferably HR, Business, IT/CS, BCA, BSc IT, etc.) • Prior experience using sourcing tools like LinkedInrecruiter, workday, naukri, weekday (Even 1–3 months internship experience or working on college projects is acceptable) • Strong interest/understanding of tech roles & terminology (React, Node, Full Stack, Product, UI/UX, etc.) • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Docs • Excellent communication and research skills • Must have a laptop and stable internet connection • Ability to commit to 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm (remote work)
