📋 Description

• Achieve sales goals by meeting targets and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling • Own and drive revenue growth across your portfolio, with a strong focus on expanding existing customer relationships • Ensure customers are maximizing the value of their current solutions, identifying gaps, and positioning additional services where relevant • Support and drive contract renewals, ensuring high retention rates and long-term customer satisfaction • Manage a defined portfolio of Nordic accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including senior decision-makers • Provide accurate sales forecasts through consistent CRM updates and communication with leadership • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle — from discovery and solution development to negotiation and closing • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including solution consultants, subject matter experts, and customer success teams • Identify new contacts and expand engagement within existing accounts to drive growth • Maintain strong product knowledge across Clarivate’s portfolio to effectively position solutions • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to overall sales strategy • Travel within the Nordic region to meet customers, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in B2B sales • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling • Experience managing customer relationships and driving account growth • Experienced with value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC) • Fluency in English • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish preferred)
