• Manage and further develop our key accounts and build sustainable relationships with important decision-makers • Play a key role in partner management and take responsibility for maintaining and developing selected partnerships • Work closely with our marketing team • Identify and develop new project opportunities with existing customers • Acquire customers and generate new leads for customized IT solutions and software projects • Analyze customer needs and prepare sophisticated solution proposals in close collaboration with technical specialists • Manage the sales process from the initial project idea through proposal preparation and presentation to contract signing • Independently analyze and handle tenders (WTO) • Contribute to business and account planning and bring your market and customer perspective to the strategic development of clavis IT • Represent clavis IT to customers, partners and at events (on and off stage)
• Several years of experience in sales, key account management or business development of customized IT solutions • Proven success in building, managing and growing customer relationships • Strong affinity for customer-value-oriented sales messaging • Good understanding of modern IT solutions, software projects and digital transformation initiatives • Ideally, experience with WTO tenders • Existing network in at least one of our target industries: manufacturing, banking/insurance or public administration • Successfully completed technical or commercial training/degree • Excellent communication skills in German and English
