📋 Description

• Support multiple programs using multiple platforms, providing a range of services • Help utility customers save money, make their homes more energy efficient, and improve climate • Daily customer interactions focusing on energy efficiency • Assist with customer service, visit scheduling, customer enrollment, program offering education • Provide tech support, online support, and/or status updates • Utilize a wide range of support scripts • Interact via chat/email as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required) • Ability to type 35+ WPM • No attendance or punctuality concerns • Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously • Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer-facing environment required; Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred • Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction “How can I help you?” attitude
