📋 Description

• Serve as a program ambassador by building strong relationships with retail store managers, associates, and customers while educating them on program benefits and promotions. • Manage your territory independently, creating efficient schedules and store visit routes to maximize outreach and results. • Ensure brand consistency by maintaining high-quality, uniform presentation of promotional materials across assigned retail locations. • Drive awareness and engagement through creative outreach initiatives, in-store education, and participation in community and retail events. • Support continuous improvement by sharing field insights, identifying barriers to success, and communicating opportunities with team members and program leadership. • Track performance and results through regular reporting and progress updates toward program goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in account management, retail leadership, brand ambassadorship, event planning preferred • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation – this role will require you to use your own vehicle to travel between stores (~75 miles/day), mileage and toll reimbursement. • Cell Phone allowance • Work assigned tablet provided
