• Provide leadership and guidance for citizen-led climate action at the municipal level • Oversee the Community Climate Hub program and related projects • Coordinate, implement, monitor and manage the CCH project plans • Develop, update, organize and expand CCH toolkit resources • Manage outreach campaign to recruit new Hub members • Draft articles to promote CCH program • Represent the Climate Reality Project Canada on municipal questions • Support engagement of Climate Reality Leaders in local climate initiatives • Recruit and engage Regional Organizers to sustain contact • Map municipal citizen engagement across Canada
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in campaign coordination or related role • Undergraduate degree in Environment, Political Science or related fields preferred • Strong volunteers’ coordination and management experience required • Fully bilingual in French and English; strong written and spoken skills in both languages • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving ability • Results-oriented mindset • Very well-organized and detail-oriented • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, adept at Word processing, use of Excel, Airtable, data management, email software, web browsers • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is considered an asset.
