📋 Description
• Set up new projects and contracts in the accounting system; adjust projects as change orders are received • Manage resource assignments and timesheet modifications • Maintain contract, milestone, and invoicing trackers • Monitor the Project Accounting Ticketing system and assign tickets to the appropriate team member • Track and report missing timesheets weekly • Compile and post the Time Spent Report weekly • Prepare invoicing packages containing draft invoices and all applicable backup for internal review and approval
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance • 2 years of prior experience in project set-up/invoicing • Prior use of accounting software • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Ability to work well with others and manage tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills
