📋 Description

• Produce timely and reliable monthly management reporting files based on assigned business-unit input • Identify and investigate variances against benchmarks and analyze differences • Explore potential problems with non-financial department heads and business units • Lead process and system improvement projects • Update Excel-based reconciliations and support packs for Balance Sheet accounts • Support and challenge business heads through the Group’s Quarterly Strategic Review process and forecasting • Deliver information packs to auditors and support the statutory audit process • Prepare periodic financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and cash-flow forecasts • Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers • Advise on business impact and make appropriate recommendations • Participate in process development and transformation projects to improve efficiency and profitability • Act as a Business Partner across the role • Contribute to overall corporate strategy • Capture data and analysis to support business decision-making • Assist with regional acquisitions, including integration into Vesta systems, processes, controls, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong Excel skills • Experience with Microsoft Office programs • Strong Excel modelling, data interrogation, and reconciliation skills • Experience with Microsoft ERP software is advantageous • Experience working in an international business is advantageous • Fluency in English, Romanian, and Hungarian, verbal and written, is advantageous • Knowledge of IFRS is preferable • Software or high-tech industry experience is an asset • Highly organized and methodical • Effective communication and strong problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent client-facing skills • Ability to self-motivate and work toward deadlines with limited supervision • Ability to work under pressure and produce accurate, complete results to tight deadlines • Ability to interact with stakeholders from varied backgrounds and senior levels • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic multinational environment • High degree of personal initiative • Strong work ethic and ownership of responsibilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
