📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Job Title: Junior Business Development Representative (Email Outreach) • Location: Remote; Employment Type: Full-Time • About Us: We are a fast-growing data solutions company helping real estate agents and lawyers close deals in 60 days or less through our innovative software. Our mission is to empower professionals with the right tools to accelerate transactions, save time, and maximize results. • Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior BDR to join our team. This is an entry-level role focused on email outreach and lead generation. The Junior BDR will play a key part in building relationships and creating opportunities for our senior sales team by identifying, researching, and engaging with potential clients. • Key Responsibilities: Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to real estate agents, lawyers, and related professionals. Research and identify potential leads using databases, social media, and other online tools. Personalize email templates to improve response rates and engagement. Track and update lead information in CRM systems. Qualify leads and pass them on to Senior Business Development Representatives for follow-up calls. Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead generation targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written communication skills (professional, clear, and persuasive) • Attention to detail and ability to personalize messages • Basic understanding of business development or sales is a plus (training provided) • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM tools and email platforms is an advantage • Fast learner, Strong English skills, can adapt quickly to new environment • Can work 8AM - 4PM EST hours • Great team player
